Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + OTE + Uncapped commission
Selection Matters are delighted to be working with a Banbury-based digital start-up, who work with some major household names on exciting digital marketing campaigns.
They are building a best-in-class sales team and are looking for a leader who wants to be in a high-growth start-up environment and thrives in a competitive landscape. Our client are located in Oxfordshire with plans to open new offices in the US and Germany in 2018.
Sales experience: Must be a closer, and must get the job done. This requires someone who can have an adaptable approach, depending on the communication style of the client and focus in on the advertising opportunity.
You must be able to work with a high volume of outbound calls, overcome objections efficiently, multi-task, and give 100% at all times.
We are looking for someone with a real passion for sales and a rapport-builder, with experience of b2b business development and who has a demonstrable record of closing deals.
