One of their largest clients is in the process of arranging the International Media Launch of their new vehicle which will take place in Switzerland this October. Our client have been chosen as the agency to support with this launch!
During the whole month of October they will be inviting 300 of the world’s top journalists to each come and spend two days and nights in Switzerland to learn all about the new car.
As a Project Co-ordinator on this event, you will be supporting the Project Managers in delivering the bespoke concierge service for Journalists. This includes:
- Booking flights as required
- Talking to them about the various activities they can partake in
- Answering any questions they have about the event and their itineraries.
As well as your role as part of the concierge team, there will be ad-hoc event support on a daily basis, this will range from general event admin, contacting and booking staff to liaising with suppliers. You will also be part of the onsite team in October in Switzerland where you will meet the journalists and support in managing their travel requirements and itineraries, and providing the PMs with general support on site.
The invites to this event will go out at the end of June so we are looking for someone who can start on the 1st July 2017. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work with one of the most renowned and luxurious automotive manufactures on one of their biggest events of the year.
